Contractual Framework
Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website operated by Keith Interiors Limited ("Keith Interiors", "we", "us"). By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Scope of Website Information
The contents of this site—including project case studies, material guides, sample BOQs, and editorial insights—are provided for general informational and preliminary design evaluation purposes. They do not constitute an immediate binding construction contract or finalized architectural sign-off until a formal written agreement is executed between both parties.
2. Inquiries, Site Visits & Cost Estimates
- Brief Submission: Submitting a brief via the "Start Your Project" form registers an inquiry and begins qualification. It does not obligate Keith Interiors to accept a project.
- Site Visits: Terms and fees (if applicable) for discovery site visits outside Nairobi or specialized locations will be confirmed prior to travel confirmation.
- Budgets & BOQs: Preliminary estimates displayed or discussed are non-binding; official project pricing is determined solely through our detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) following measured site assessment.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All architectural renderings, spatial layouts, 3D visualizations, custom joinery sketches, brand emblems, and editorial text published on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Keith Interiors Limited. Unauthorized duplication, hotlinking, or commercial reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to maintain accurate project descriptions and material specifications, Keith Interiors shall not be held liable for discrepancies resulting from browser rendering, device display calibrations, or third-party internet disruptions.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Nairobi, Kenya.
