I oversee the planning and execution of Keith Interiors' projects, coordinating site activities, project programmes, subcontractors and day-to-day operations from mobilisation through to completion. I ensure works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards and agreed timelines.

I work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate resources, resolve site challenges and maintain project progress. I also lead inspections, progress monitoring, snagging and handover activities, ensuring projects are delivered in an organised and professional manner.

I lead the creative vision and design direction across the company's projects, bringing together refined aesthetics, thoughtful functionality, and uncompromising attention to detail. Working closely with clients, artisans, and project teams, I oversee the design journey from initial concept through to final execution.

Driven by a commitment to design integrity, I ensure that each project reflects our distinctive design philosophy while responding thoughtfully to its architectural context and the unique character of the client. Through meticulous oversight, I play a defining role in delivering bespoke spaces that embody luxury, refinement, and lasting value.

I lead the Engineering Department at Keith Interiors, overseeing the technical design, coordination and delivery of engineering projects. I coordinate structural, architectural and MEP design processes, ensuring that projects meet the required technical standards, statutory requirements and client expectations.

My focus is on delivering practical, efficient and buildable engineering solutions while coordinating closely with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider project team. I also oversee technical documentation, site coordination, approvals and quality control, helping transform design concepts into successful, well-executed projects.

I lead the cost management and commercial aspects of Keith Interiors' projects, overseeing quantity surveying, budgeting, cost planning, procurement and contract administration. I review project drawings and specifications, prepare and manage Bills of Quantities, evaluate project costs and provide clients with clear financial guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

My role connects project scope, cost and execution, ensuring that budgets are well controlled, payments are accurately assessed and works are delivered in line with agreed specifications. I also work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to identify value-engineering opportunities, manage variations and support informed commercial decisions from initial costing through to project completion.

Provision of financial leadership and strategic oversight across the organisation, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, reporting, controls, and resource allocation. Participate in senior management and company-wide operational decision-making, providing financial and commercial insight on business performance, investments, risk, and growth strategy.

Work closely with directors and departmental heads to align financial management with the company's broader strategic and operational objectives.

I lead the connection between Keith Interiors' brand, digital presence & commercial growth. I oversee digital marketing, creative direction, lead generation, client engagement and business development; turning visibility into qualified opportunities & helping prospects move confidently from first inquiry through site visit, design and implementation.

My focus is on building a premium brand experience while creating the systems, relationships and marketing activity that support sustainable business growth.

I oversee the entire media process from pre-production, production, to post-production. I lead the planning, direct the shoots, and manage the final edit to ensure every project is delivered at the highest standard.

From concept to final cut, I make sure our stories are not just seen, but felt. My focus is simple: strategic storytelling, clean execution, and media that elevates the brand.

I oversee the manufacturing and fabrication processes within our dedicated workshop facilities, ensuring all bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and custom fittings meet Keith Interiors' exacting standards of quality. By coordinating closely with the design and engineering teams, I translate technical drawings into flawless physical elements.

My focus is on optimising production efficiency, managing material procurement, and enforcing strict quality control protocols. I ensure that every component produced in-house is delivered on schedule and crafted to perfection before it reaches the site for installation.

I manage the complex supply chain and logistics operations that keep our sites running smoothly, overseeing the safe and timely transport of materials, equipment, and finished joinery to projects across the country. I coordinate fleet movements, warehouse inventory, and site deliveries to eliminate delays.

My role ensures that our project managers and installation teams always have exactly what they need, precisely when they need it. By streamlining our logistical framework, I protect the project timeline and support the seamless execution of our fit-out processes.
