Our Interior Design & Build Process

01Discovery & Site Visit

Every project begins with understanding the space and the client. We visit the site to measure accurately, assess existing conditions and understand how you intend to live in or use the space alongside your aspirations, constraints and priorities. This stage produces a clear brief that guides everything that follows.

02Design & Concept Development

A dedicated designer develops your concept; layouts, mood boards, material direction and 3D visualisations, so you can see and approve the design intent before any cost is committed. We review and refine through structured rounds until the direction is right.

03Budgeting & Transparency

A dedicated Quantity Surveyor prepares a comprehensive, itemised Bill of Quantities (BOQ), giving you full visibility of cost by category. We review the BOQ with you, present alternatives where useful, and agree a Schedule of Works before execution begins.

04Execution & Transformation

Our in-house team coordinates materials, specialists and site works through to completion, with quality-control checkpoints at each stage. You receive a space delivered to the approved design and a formal snagging and handover process to close out the project.

Process FAQs

Is the site visit free?+

Site visit terms are confirmed at enquiry stage and may vary by project scope and location; we are transparent about this before you commit.

What is a BOQ and why does it matter?+

A Bill of Quantities is an itemised breakdown of every material, labour and cost element in your project. It gives you full visibility of what you are paying for before execution begins.

Can I make changes once the BOQ is approved?+

Yes, though changes after BOQ approval are documented and costed as variations so the budget and timeline impact stay clear.

How involved will I be during execution?+

As involved as you would like. Most clients receive scheduled progress updates and site visits, with major decisions confirmed directly with you.
