South B Apartment Renovation
Scope: Complete apartment remodel, space planning, bespoke entertainment wall, modern kitchen fit-out, bathroom upgrades
The Brief
The client sought a full modern transformation of an urban South B apartment, seeking to maximize natural light, declutter interior sightlines, and install contemporary storage and kitchen fixtures.
Design Approach
A space-conscious layout prioritizing multi-functional cabinetry, reflective surfaces, and an airy neutral palette transformed the unit into an open, modern urban residence.
Execution
Complete strip-out of obsolete finishes was followed by open-plan kitchen integration, floating media consoles, recessed gypsum ceilings with dimmable fixtures, and a modern wet-room bathroom overhaul.
Outcome
Completed. A revitalized urban apartment with enhanced spatial perception, updated building services, and modern aesthetic value.
