Runda Kitchen & Laundry Renovation
Scope: Joinery, electrical, plumbing, tile work, woodworks
The Brief
The homeowner wanted to move her kitchen and laundry away from the older wooden-style cabinetry she had lived with and bring both spaces up to a modern feel. Keith Interiors was engaged to renovate the two spaces in her Runda home, with a confirmed scope covering joinery, electrical, plumbing, tile work and woodworks.
Design Approach
The design direction was a clear move from traditional wooden cabinetry to a modern look and feel across both spaces. Joinery, tile work and woodworks define the new surfaces, supported by the electrical and plumbing works each room needs.
Execution
Keith Interiors delivered the renovation as one coordinated scope across the kitchen and the laundry, bringing five trades together under a single team: replacing the previous wooden cabinetry in both spaces, executing tile work, woodworks, electrical works, and plumbing works.
Outcome
Completed. The kitchen and laundry were renovated from the previous wooden cabinetry to a modern finish, with joinery, electrical, plumbing, tile work and woodworks delivered as one coordinated project.
