Gitonga Residence
Scope: Gypsum, paint, cabinetry, woodworks, tilework, stoneworks
The Brief
The client engaged Keith Interiors for the full interior design and fit-out of a residential mansion. The confirmed scope covers gypsum, paint, cabinetry, woodworks, tilework and stoneworks. Electrical and plumbing works are arranged directly by the client.
Design Approach
The design and BOQ were approved by the client before works began, so scope and cost were agreed ahead of execution and the programme could follow a clear sequence.
Execution
Following design and BOQ approval, the works run in this sequence: demolition works, gypsum works, doors and stairs production, cabinetry works, tiling works, and final painting works.
Outcome
Project in progress. The full outcome, finished photography and client voice will be added at handover.
