The Brief
Blue Wings engaged Keith Interiors for a full interior fit-out of its office. The confirmed scope covers gypsum, cabinetry, electrical works, skimming and undercoat, frameless glass partitioning and final paint.
Design Approach
The scope combines gypsum works, cabinetry and frameless glass partitioning with electrical works and a final paint finish. Design was completed and the project cost approved before execution began.
Execution
Execution follows a defined sequence, targeted for completion within 21 days: gypsum works, electrical rerouting and application of undercoat paint; measurements taken for the frameless glass, then submitted for production; glass installation once production is complete; final paint coats and installation of electrical fittings; final handover.
Outcome
Project in progress, with the entire execution period targeted for completion within 21 days. Final handover will close the project.
