Ayuko Apartment Renovation
Scope: Demolition, gypsum, cabinetry, full kitchen and bathroom renovation, floor restoration, paintworks, lighting and plumbing (interior only)
The Brief
The client engaged Keith Interiors for the full interior design and fit-out of an apartment. The renovation covers demolition of existing tiles and cabinets, gypsum work, cabinetry, a full bathroom renovation, a full kitchen renovation, restoration of the floor, paintworks, and general lighting and plumbing works. Interior works only.
Design Approach
This is a complete overhaul of the existing interior: tiles and cabinets that need replacing are removed, the layout is re-planned through new gypsum work and rerouted electrical points, and the existing wood parquet flooring is retained and restored.
Execution
Works begin with demolition and run in parallel with production so no time is lost. Phase 1 gypsum works and rerouted electricals occur alongside off-site cabinetry fabrication from approved cutting lists, enabling immediate installation and subsequent floor restoration.
Outcome
Project in progress. The full outcome, finished photography and client voice will be added at handover.
